What does Georgia's statutes say about this? Some states don't need anything but an attorney licensed in the state to bring suit. Didn't I see a link on Whychat's site to check each state's requirements?

IF YOU ARE SERVED COURT PAPERS you can always state that their standing to bring suit has not been substantiated and that their relationship to the OC remains unclear to you. They have not provided you with a copy of the bill of sale or a contract signed by the OC that authorizes them to bring suit in the OC's behalf.
