CBUSA ???? HELP !!!!

I recently filed for bankruptcy and thought my problems were behind me. Well, today I recieved a letter from the bankruptcy courts, { here in Michigan }, telling me that they could not contact CBUSA and therefore, unless I provide them with this address soon, it will not be on the bankruptcy. Now normally, I`d give them this information, however, all I`ve been able to learn is that CBUSA is a Citi Bank debt. But to whom or for what, I can`t find out !! I`ve gone over my credit report several times and all other debts, but as Citi Bank is listed in several areas, how do I know which one their talking about ? When I asked the Courts this, they told me, there your bills, lol. I contacted Citi Online, but that was useless also. I even called the online phone number they give, but they had no idea what I was talking about. They couldn`t even find the ones I knew of.
I`m about 1/2 tempted to just list every stinking bill that says CBUSA and send repeat letters to each of them and just give the Courts all the address for each and every bill that says CBUSA.
I considered sending Citi Bank a copy of the bankruptcy papers, but when I went online to find their address, they have MANY address`s and you almost would have to know which one you want.
Anyone got any good ideas ? I`m desperate here, please HELP !!
