If you have a few weeks, dispute the Citibank debts on your credit reports. That tends to bring the sharks out to come after you, and the CRA will tell you who "verified" the information.

But you need to contact the CRA's and find out who is reporting the tradelines on your report. I know the report they give you has creditor information, but only the CRA's who what creditor is tied to what tradeline.
