or B, it depends on the moon, dice, and what mood their in. i have not yet seen any method they use to sue..they will sue for 50$ to some 90 yr old alzheimers patient, and ignore some 20,000$ debt from a 30 yr old. i dont think truly they even look, they send batches in and hope some get a hit. vegas style. either one is lucky or one isnt. imho* hugsss B:) i have heard the 5,000 figure also and its pure bs. educate your person on it. lol.
