call and ask..keep calling is what i did. 4 states worth. they claim they never received my BK papers either cause it must go to a certain dept..which no one even knows the address for. ask citi for the bankruptcy dept..and go from there. i know they have one cause i found the one for zales. have a cool drink handy, potty first, and a full pack of smokes! it takes time and patience, cause you will sit on hold for hours and find its the wrong number to begin with but try this,ma'am! and you dial more. i wonder how that place has a clue what goes on, its so spread out and convoluted.
