The interest does not have to be added every month to your loan cat. Why can't you acknowledge the Commercial Redemption Contract as your remedy to the debt. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that you alleviate the interest and penalties and fees when they accept your payment along with your contract offer to them. Instead you let them add all the stuff up every month, month after month and they will add legal fees when your get sued. Stop all that now!
