I wouldnt recommened you filing BK on your own at all. You could walk out of there with your bills and a BK. Creditors have a right to protest the BK. Would you know how to defend yourself if a creditor shows up? Assets are beside the point. I really would recommend having a lawyer file it, and most lawyers do accept payments in order to file.
