So I am safe to send the SOL letter on the first of Sept? We are hoping to hold off at least until then.

We don't have any statements from the account, but we have old credit reports that show it started 30 late as of 9/00 even though they look like they tried to reage it.

Is sol a complete defense and what do we need to prove it...are our old reports good enough?

Would a judge have to dismiss it if they sue us on sept 1, 2004?

Also, what does with prejudice or without prejudice mean?
Which do we want?
