There really is no need to stress out here. If your BK is a no-asset Ch 7, then the debt will be considered discharged anyway, along with all your other unsecured debts. This only works on a no-asset case because no creditor will get anything anyway, therefore CBUSA would not be denied any right to claim - there's nothing to claim !
