I recieved an arbitration letter from moore and associates. I have an outstanding account with mbna. Do ignore the letter or send a letter to the NAF? I am a single mom who is a waitress. What is the possilbity of them suing? i've been just ignoring them the past year an half. I last used the card in Jan 2002. I might have made a few payments. If i'm sued my ignoring this i have no assest... no home, have an apartment...i dont have wages they can garnish...i dont own anything... Or should i just call and make a payment set up? i dont want them to have my account number ...they dont call cause i dont think they have my number .... i live in florida.....Do i just call and tell them my situation an set up a payment plan? or ingore them? Any advice would be great thanks.
