Sounds like you have something that is non exempt. They will probably be asking you the value of the 401K if you cash in now. I don't know very much about 401Ks, but that would be my guess.
I think they will ask about that 401K, whether or not you can cash it in, if there would be penalities. That sort of thing. Hope Why Chat answers this because my family member is considering a 401K plan right now.
