well, when we got our refi..we wrote a letter explaining whatever on the CR and they took it into consideration. so i do think it comes down to personal views...and not black and white. and i still think a paid collection will help some..if not a fico or a place that only goes black and white. sorry JK, can i disagree? lol ..ours had a committee who approved or disapproved loans..and they used personal decisions in it.
