wait..if they show..you have to give it back then--the judge sets a time for them to pick it up after he hears their arguments. if not you can keep it. they just want that interest and not waste time goin to all these meetings and have you make life easier for them. no creditors showed at mine either, except one business BK , who got their collateral back..trucks..zales tried it with me..ha ha. they want it..they show up or im keeping it. if they do..buy another one when you can. i doubt they waste that much money traveling and showing to reclaim merchandise anyways. if they dont show at the meeting..they are out of luck. if they do, you give it back as per the judges ruling.
