I am filing bankruptcy and as i stated before i have been harrassed by the collection agency even after my lawyer told them to stop calling me.They even hung up on my lawyer,just last week they called me again instead of my lawyer.My guestion is:If i were to sue this collection agency(Asset Acquisition )does this happen with the bankruptcy or is this another issue,and what happens to them a slap on the wrist?
