First of all, please do NOT post in all caps. This signifies anger towards people and we have done nothing to you.....
Secondly, try selling the jewlery via the newspaper or a community paper. Possibly a Bargain Finder if it is available in your area or maybe attempt a pawn shop. You won't be able to get full price, but you should be able to get something. Then you'll have to take the loss and pay off the rest.
Lastly, some jewlery places offer a 30 or 90 money back guarantee. This is usually for the well known chain business's though. You can check to see if they have it. If you can't afford something, don't buy it. This is probably what the store is telling you. Sorry, this is the best I can offer you.
