arbitration from mbna

I received an arbitration letter from Morre and Associaites..... I have an outstanding account of $3000 from mbna.......i have not made a payment in over a year.....should i be worried about the arbitration....should i call an set up a payment plan.....i'm a single mom with no assests.....i am a waitress so i have no paycheck for them to garnish......i'm just scared to call.....do i have to file with the NAF? they havent called me ...i justed moved to florida..in fact they've never called me yet... should i just call an see what they say ? what would happen if i ignore them? any advice would be great thanks
