my fiance is manager for a large jewerly company, and after 90 days there is no refunds, but you can do a voluntairy repossion for the merchandise. this has to be done by calling the credit customer service and asking if they can do it. Then you go to the store and tell the them this. Then again it depends on what comapny you bought this from. Hope this helps
