WhyChat has often suggested staying silent- any communication would indicate to a ca that you are interested in maintaining a good credit number.

If they really care about your ability to pay, they will do an asset search before they sue.

Not all cas sue. Those that do, tend to sue on every account since they usually get a default judgment as the defendant does not show up in court.
