Sounds like the usual CA mail. They pretty much say the same thing. You got a letter from a "CREDIT BUREAU" stating that a court # has been assigned? Do you meana COLLECTION AGENT??? SOL in Maryland is 3 years. If the SOL has passed, then send the SOL letter. certified/return receipt.
