What you have does not cut it in a court of law.
I have used it in my Answer to the Complaint.

That is what I am letting you know.

It still boils down to case law research on:
"the legal definition of a written contract for the purposes of Statute of Limitations".

If the matter is a central issue to a case it will be adjudicated and it can be appealed and it should show up in case law.

It is all about written contract causes of action on credit card debt and whether a written contract cause of action is valid subject matter due to the documentation that the credit card account is founded on conforming or not conforming to the legal definiton of a written contract for the purposes of Statute of Limitations.
