UCC is irrelevant to credit card agreements.
UCC is based on unilateral sales of goods contracts.
Credit Card Agreements are bilateral in nature.

The key is finding case law that excludes credit card agreements as written contracts since they are not within Bilateral Statute of Frauds.

If the legal definition in case law exists of a bilateral written contract for the purposes of Statute of Limitations that it must be within Bilateral Statute of Frauds(excludes parol evidence) then you have the case law precedent to dismiss any written contract cause of action on credit card debt.
