No- On my Equifax DOLA is 1/00. NC is 3 years SOL.
But, I have disputed this card with Equifax over the
years and they keep verifying it. I have only had one
Capital One and that is the one I am paying on. I don't
know where this one came from- IT was opened 11/99
the same time my other one was. Strange huh?
