dont give up./ call the courts and ask if one is filed. sounds like a scare thing to me..i get the credit repair all the time...their bs. credit bureau would not send out something like that. they dont notify you of anything. i would not ask for validation unless your positive its SOL. look for date of CO and count back approx 180 days..check with the courts..breathe deep and calm down. it will be ok. they cant take whats important to us..hugssssssss* if this is all a fake..report it to all the proper places as its illegal to represent a suit or threaten one unless one is actually filed. make sure of your states exemptions, in case you discover it is a real judgement. whychat has those links. or look up my state--jugement exemptions..on yahoo or google. let us know what you find out:)
