so he "whips it out"? lmao, ok i just flashed on blazing saddles but ANYWAYS...make him whip out every thing he has.(ok,,sorry, still chuckling but trying to stay on topic).prove the amount is correct..ie: fight it all. you never know..he may not can prove a damn thing. work on protecting your assets..ask for continuances..drive him crazy. he would do it to you in a second. he expects you to not show at all. think like a lawyer--not like a person. its totally diff. they fight every loophole ,,right or wrong does not come into play. play their game. dont admit or give in! you will have the same court costs anyways...oh well. he may not even have that file and most seem to find when we fight back they will just let it ride and go back to scaring us again to see if we fold. its psychology! then if you lose, you made him pay for it anyways with time and aggravation. course its up to you and i wish you the best luck in it all. :)
