You can obviously disregard "computerguy"'s inane response, it is in line with his other "legal voodoo" theories.

I think you are perhaps making the issue MORE difficult than it actually is by trying to respond to the absurdity of the incompetant and venal Florida Court system.

The SOL defense form, to which I have added appropriate case-law, rests it's legal premises on the principle of the Federal Supremacy Act.

Contract law, and any contract case law is superceded by the provisions in the TILA-- FOR CONSUMERS - I have not, and do not deal with the applicability of "open-end" accounts not being written contracts for any BUSINESS debt, as I only deal with CONSUMER debt that is protected by Federal statutes that take precedence over ANY State law.
