yes,is original creditor-a finance company and I'm in Alabama.And I haven't paid him the $50. he said he would accpet as payment in 3 months. The "original" amount owed each month was like 146.00,but I have no idea of balance duesince I have no payment book and no statement for over a year.I personally think the guy wrote off the debt and has been pocketing what monies I've given to him.JMHO though.
