charles soffar is about to meet someone above and beyond him thats me i can prove that district justice donna butler allowed eva fick to steal mail out of another box by law they are both criminals now i have contacted every federal,state and local bodies and yet nothing has been done i have not received any mail in 8months ammendment 13 all laws are to be treated in the same way so honestly there is no laws they let one be broken they must allow all to be broken
