On the off chance it is for real--
Go to the motor vehicle bureau and request a duplicate title for both vehicles, tell them you lost the originals.

Junk the car in the yard
Have your dad sell his truck

"Giving" a loan shark the paper title does not transfer any interest to them.

Stop paying, send cease and desist/dispute/validation to the loan shark and file a complaint for fraudulent money lending practices with the FTC and your State Attorney General and the BBB.
