Yes, I've dealt with them. In addition to the usual tedious tricks, they send letters signed by "Kendall Pigslop, Investigator", or similar meaningless title. The idea, of course, scare consumers into paying. Probably illegal. Since they're kind enough to commit corrupt idiocy to writing, you can always send copies to the FTC.

OSI, according to Pimplegleet's Register of sCumpanies, is an acronym which stands for Orangutangs, Sleazebags, and Imbeciles. In other words, 'collections professionals'.
