So Open Account SoL versus Written Contract SoL boils down to State rulings or statutory law if it exists on what the legal definition of a written contract is for the purposes of Statute of Limitations.

This is the essential information to have to know if you're are going to be stuck with the Written Contract SoL by your State's legal system.

So somebody join up to all the paid law search websites and scour the case law for the written contract for purposes of SoL definition in every state.

I am broke so I can't afford it now.
Anyone who can afford it, please take on this responsiblity.

Or if someone has a lawyer already working for them, ask if the lawyer will search for the information.

We will be forever grateful to you.
