They can sue you and get a judgment against you if you let them. That is for sure. You are judgment proof now, that can change in the future. Best not to let them get a judgment if you can avoid it. If you don't send the refusal of arbitration letter, they will get an arbitration award, and based on that they will get a judgment against you. So, if you win the lottery they will take your money......get the idea??? Hope so.
