A Judge applying case law precedent on what the legal definition of a written contract is for the purposes of Statute of Limitations to determine if a written contract cause of action on a credit card agreement is permitted by state law is not LEGAL MISTAKE. That's what they do if a plaintiff brings a written contract cause of action on your credit card debt.

This is the way the state legal systems work.

Obviously, a written contract cause of action on credit card debt is permitted in some states and probably not permitted in other states.

That's why case law precedent is very important since it defines whether your state's legal definition of a written contract for the purposes of SoL permits a written contract cause of action on credit card agreements or not.
