I agree with JKelly and Cat. I tried to deal with
the CA who sent me an arbitration letter and
they could care less. I told them I had no
money and was trying to feed two kids and
they just did not care. Basically accused me
of just not wanting to pay my bills. I finally
gave up trying to deal with them and followed
the advice I was getting from boards like this
one. I sent the refusal of arbitration letter
about a month ago and haven't heard
anything. We'll see what happens. I am fully
prepared to file BK if they try to sue.
