The SOL is 4 years. To find the SOL, look at your credit report, look for the chargeoff date, then look for the first"30 day late" prior to that chargeoff date.

Ignore the CA. Do not talk to CAs, they lie and threaten, it is the way they do business. Protect your assets NOW.
