Only 75 cents?

When you x that by thousands, that's a lot of money. My point is not that they can not find the debtor, they can if they look hard enough. BUT, they can't afford to spend 75 cents on every account, because most of those accounts will not pay off.
Majority of people don't pay their debts int he first place because they can't. True, financial situations change, mine sure did, but I went STRIGHT to an attorney and got legal advice. They couldn't touch me!!

AND since CAs buy these bad debts without documentation, they don't have the social security. That would be yet another expense to get it. As I said, just on a people finder search....there are about 40 of me, and the info on me is not updated.

SO, it's just not as easy as you make it sound. That's all I'm saying.
