I don't believe that they are allowed to ask anything except for your address and #. Some may ask to relay message. It is illegal for them to tell an unauthorized person anything about your account and they can't leave it on your answering machine. If this has been a prob, send them a limited C&D found on this site. I hope I covered it all, if not, someone will correct me. Good Luck!
