I could not find "Dan"'s posts,
perhaps they were removed by the webmaster.
In the future,if you can prove a CA has posted to the forum,a print out with the trackng info. should be sent in a complaint to the FTC and the CA's State AG office.

It falls under the false and deceptive practices of the FDCPA.
