OC/CA has X years to do what? What constitutes attempt to Collection debt? Is it a letter (RR), a call(recorded) and/or lawsuit? Trying to determine how the courts view attempt to collect. For example your SOL is 4yrs, last payment on 12/01/1999, Discharged debt happened on 01/01/2000. Letter/call to collect comes on 11/01/2003, lawsuit filed on 02/01/2004. Whats the verdict?
