How long have you been paying the OC?

When did you last pay the OC WHILE THE ACCOUNT WAS USEABLE AND IN GOOD STANDING?

What State are you in?

If there is a Court case/docket # file an nswer denying their claim in it's entirety and disputing their "standing" to file the suit.

Do NOT answer with your proof of paying the OC, as that is an admission of the debt. Keep paying the OC as before, UNLESS it is a direct withdrawal from your checking account.
