I don't remember the last time I paid the OC
while the account was in good standing. It
was charged of around March 2003 - that's
when a CA contacted me. I was making
monthly payments with the CA, but after
reading more about what NOT to do I had
stopped in Aug 2003 and have been making
payments directly with the OC since then (I've
been doing this for a year now).

I live in New York. There is a file # on the
summons. How do I go about answering it? If
I answer with a deny, what happens then? Will
I need to appear in court? Also, the OC is
listed as the plaintiff so doesn't this give
Forster & Garbus the right to file the suit?

Sorry for all the questions, but I'm at a loss at
what to do - I've never been sued before!!!
Thanks for your patience :-)
