Any one can file a complaint on this on line.

You do not have to give your name, address & e-mail address,however, it will be takenmore seriously if you do.

The complaint is against the CA for violation of the FDCPA in posting a request for payment under a false name, fraudulent and abusive collection practices, and unallowed 3rd party notification .

Give the date and contents of the post (cut and paste) and pull up the fake-mail address.

Cut and paste the id information.

Actually, if the FTC gets a few complaints on this, they MIGHT get interested in the subject of CA trolls posting on consumer forums under assumed names.
