i am also dealing with MRS,,first all they are doin is mining for your info for a suit. they cant tell cap1 anything and cap1 has no hardships. its a STEAL and dont fall for it. MRS is scum. every 4 months or so,,cap1 sends the accounts to someone diff. i have had 9! dont beleive a word of it. cap1 will not work with you at all. QUIT telling them ANYTHING,. they have no right to it at all but yor name. they will screw you badly....please listen! that admits to the debt, might reset the SOL in the eyes of a judge...my god, they are lying. and its all they ever do. is LIE.
