Keyser Soze:

You are the expert on the Florida 'Killing Fields' according to your previous posts.

You are the one who says that the 5 year SoL in FL on credit card debt is self-serving fraud on the part of scumbucket junk debt collectors from your previous posts.

So then you must know the legal definition of a written contract for the purposes of Statute of Limitations in the state of Florida, since that is what determines if a written contract cause of action (5 year SoL) can succeed against a credit card agreement.

That is the information I am looking for. Please provide it.

What case law in FL establishes F.S. 687.0304 as the legal definition of a written contract to lend credit for all purposes including Statute of Limitations?
Obviously, that case law would preclude written contract causes of action on credit card agreements in Florida.

You must know that case law since you know that the SoL on credit card debt is "4 years period, all else is self-serving fraud" as you previously posted.

I need that case law, please provide.

Or you know of another case law ruling that establishes the legal definition of a written contract for the purposes of Statute of Limitations separately from F.S. 687.0304 which sets a higher standard which credit card agreement documentation does not meet.

I need that case law, please provide.
You're the expert.
