Why can't you folks figure out that the person sending the Dunning Letter telling you that they have aquired the services of an Arbitration Forum is nothing more than a 3rd Party Debt Collector. The mini miranda is on there letter even when they threaten Arbitration. The Arbitration Forum needs the Rejection of Arbitration and the Dunning Debt Collector needs the Validation and the a copy of the rejection letter sent to them via attachment. You need to deal with both entities and quit letting the 3rd parties get away with this. Believe me I know about 3rd Parties and their Arbitration crap, I got 2 letters like you from 2 different 3rd Parties trying to get by with their Arbitration BS. Wolpoff & Abramson and Mann Bracken. So,regardless of believing everything you here from the regulars who have more than likely had no real time experience getting threatened with Arbitration by 3rd parties you might want to re-think the situation. Of course, go with what feels right to you.
