thanks sweety, im sure there isnt and i was once again screwed. i dont have the money anyways to pay a lawyer. but i want others to be aware of this..and not let it happen. nothing was ever told me..or served..or filed anywhere here on this. finally they told me..once reaffirmed,,,they give the judge 30 days. it takes longer, they foreclose during the BK. i didnt even know it for 2 years, until some kind person at citi told me about it. yes, im in texas. course my lawyer wouldnt do nothing about it at all. just laughed. thanks for all your time answering. :)
