Well I checked with the courts today and the judgment is legitimate. I'm going to send in the info subpoena and see what happens.
I don't really have any assets except for my ten year old car. Can they take it? I really hope not, I absolutely need it. Should I close my bank account or is keeping it open with a small amount of money alright?
