Thank you so much J Kelly!
I am in PA the SOL is 6 years. By the way the Collection agency is Northern.
I am afraid to ignore these people, as the letter states that they will assume this debt is valid.
It also states that if I dispute the validity of this debt they will obtain vertification of the debt and mail me a copy.
