The SOL in PA is 4 years for credit card debt. If you have ANY accounts that have been charged off and are still within the SOL, then you should do nothing. Do not speak with them. Let the machine pick up, watch caller ID. Whatever works for you. IF you have no other accounts that are still within the SOL, send them the SOL letter. certified/return mail.
