If you want to know how I found people b4 I became REFORMED : 1st.. send a letter to last known address with a line under the return address "ADDRESS CORRECTION REQUESTED" they will put it back in my box with a yellow sticker on it with the NEW address or with :( "left no forwarding address" or "fowarding time expired"). Cost $.37 for the stamp. If you notice, the big boys have " address service requested" on theirs. With this the post office will foward the mail to the new address and send the sender a card (post card) with the new address. Cost $.70 and must pick it up at the counter and pay plus they spent $.37 to mail it out. I got maybe 60 to 70 % just with this. Remember I work local soooooo... I have GOOD contacts with Power, water, cable, ect... BEST source of Info. if I knew the area but not the exact location ( address ) was video stores. They don't train their employes about private info. and most will tell you ALL you want to know. Court house and jails ALL have public info. and most have it on line now. UCC records voter reg. and crminal records also offer a wealth of info. I deal with a lot of banks and have a good relationship with at least 1 or 2 people at each one. Most employers here will at least tell you if someone works there. CRA's were useless unless I pulled a HARD to get where they applied for credit then call that company to get more info. I have a list of "dirty" tricks to use when calling a neighbor to get info. also. Maybe for another thread.
