I am thinking about BK13, but I have three questions. 1. If you owe state property tax and you put the amount into your debt total to pay, will this stop a third party (homeowner association or someone else) from attempting to sell your property from underneath you? You are still current on your mortgage. 2. Since BK13 is a debt/income ratio, if you recieve a higher paying job, win the lottery, someone dies and you inherit, or some other good fortune AFTER you have already set the payment plan and filed BK13, Do you have to re-do the plan to figure for more payment to your debt? 3. In BK13, you only pay your monthly amount for NO more than 5 years right? Thank you for your replies...you guys are a GREAT help, SB
